Spa ripple
A calm spa or hotel film where each cut is a drop of water. The picture ripples like a pool and your brand rises out of the last rings.

What Vidova will do
Make a calm 17-second, 16:9 film for my hotel spa where every cut is a drop of water. A drop lands in the middle of the frame, seen from above, and the whole picture ripples like the surface of a pool. Many fine rings bend the footage, and the next room of the spa comes up through the water from the drop outwards. End on my brand rising out of the last rings. Add no other text. Footage: I attach four calm shots in this order: the pool with its reflections, a massage in a beach cabana, candles with rose petals, and a terrace at sunset. The last shot is at least five seconds long and has open space in the middle for the brand. Drops: A speck of light shows for a quarter of a second, then the drop lands in the centre at 3.4, 7.4 and 11.2 seconds. Each landing sends out many fine concentric rings, about 4 percent of the frame height apart, weaker further out and fading over a few seconds, so the water never freezes. The rings shift both the old and the new picture back and forth, with no bulge and no bright rim, and the light shows only as thin glints on the crests. On each landing, cut to the next shot: it comes up through the water a little behind the wave front, with a soft edge broken by the waves, and has filled the frame about 1.7 seconds later. Make it a real drop on water seen from above, not a bubble or a circle wipe. Look: A soft, warm spa grade over everything: gentle contrast, warm highlights, slightly lifted blacks. Every shot drifts in very slowly. Ending: At 13.2 seconds a last drop lands on the terrace with no cut. My brand, Halcyon, in Instrument Serif, warm white with a soft shadow, sits under the water in the middle of the frame. It surfaces through the rings, bending with them, and settles as the water calms. "SPA AND RETREAT" follows in small, widely spaced capitals under it. Sound: A calm ambient meditation track with no hard beat. On every landing, a soft water plink with a quiet triangle chime under it. A soft swell rises into the last drop and a low, gentle hit lands on the same frame. Fade the music out over the last second and a half.
