Lights on
A listing toured in the dark with a torch beam, then the lights snap on in warm light on the music's entry and the rooms play bright.

What Vidova will do
Make a 16-second, 16:9 teaser for my house listing. Show the house in near darkness, with a torch beam that explores each room. On the beat, the lights come on and the room snaps to full warm light. Then show the rooms again in light and close on my listing line and my brand. Do not show a price. Footage: I attach four room clips, a bedroom, the living room, the terrace and the main bedroom, each about 5 seconds and evenly lit. I also attach one outside shot of the house at dusk. Use the first part of each room clip for the dark tour and a later part of the same clip for the lit montage. Look: The dark is my real footage graded down to a faint cold night, with the windows still glowing a little. It is not a black box. The torch is held from the camera. Its warm spot (#ffe6bf) has a hot centre, a soft ring and a wide spill, and my real rooms are lit only where it falls. A faint cone of light runs up from the bottom of the frame to the spot, with dust drifting and twinkling only inside the beam. In each room the beam moves slowly from a dull corner to the best thing in the room: the bed, the window, the view, the headboard. Each dark shot creeps in slowly, like a slow walk. Timing: Use a cinematic track with a quiet start and drums that come in about 8 seconds into the cut. At 0.1 seconds the torch clicks on with one stutter. Cut between the dark rooms on the beat at about 2.3, 4.6 and 6.3 seconds. In the main bedroom, the beam lands on the headboard just before the drums come in. Hero moment: At 8 seconds, on the drums, the lights snap on in two frames. The room turns to full warm light with a short bulb glow that settles over half a second. The shot punches in 3 percent and keeps creeping in. The torch fades out. Lit rooms: From 9.1 seconds, show the bedroom, the living room and the terrace again in warm light, cut every two beats, each pushing in a little. Close: At 12.6 seconds, cut to the house at dusk with a dark gradient at the bottom. At 12.9 seconds, my line "Four bedrooms by the sea" lights letter by letter like warm bulb filaments, in a serif italic (Fraunces, 92 pixels high), from ember orange to warm white with a soft glow. At 13.9 seconds, my agency name lights the same way under it in small spaced capitals (Montserrat). Both are left aligned in the lower left and drift a little until the end. Sound: The track at 80 percent with a short fade in and a 1.2-second fade out. A soft click when the torch comes on. A riser builds from 5.5 seconds and stops on a light switch click and a short low hit on the frame the lights come on. No whoosh on the cuts.
