Real estate listing
A wide listing video: smooth glides through the rooms with each room's name and one fact, and the price, address and agent on a dark panel.

What Vidova will do
Make a 29-second, 16:9 listing video for my property, for my website or YouTube. Glide through the home room by room, slowed a little with AI smoothing, with the price, the address and the size on the first room. Each room gets its name and one fact, and the close is the view outside with my name as the agent and how to book a visit. Footage: I attach gimbal glides of the home: one for the entry or the best room, two to six rooms in walking order, and one outdoors for the close, such as a balcony or a garden at golden hour. I give you the price, the address, the beds, baths and area, a fact for each room, my name and my booking line. Look: One grade on every room so the home reads as one place: temperature +4, saturation +4, contrast +6. Play the rooms at 0.8 to 0.9 times speed with AI smoothing. Cut while the camera still moves, so the walk never stops. Every shot creeps in 3.5 percent and is still moving at the cut. Text: All text sits on one dark slab (#14181d at 90 percent) at the lower left, 96 pixels from the side and 64 pixels from the bottom. The slab slides in from the frame edge in 0.5 seconds and drifts slowly the same way. The big word rises in first in Fraunces 500, and the lines under it blur in after it in Red Hat Display 600. Opening, 0 to 6.35 seconds: The walk from the front door into the main room at 0.8 times speed. At 0.35 seconds my price lands at 112 pixels in a warm brass colour (#e8c48a), with the address at 46 pixels and the size at 36 pixels under it. Rooms: At 6.35, 12 and 17.65 seconds, cut to the next room. Each one gets its name at 84 pixels and one fact a buyer cares about at 40 pixels, such as how many the island seats. Ending, 22.75 to 29.1 seconds: Through the door onto the balcony or garden at 0.8 times speed. At about 24.15 seconds my name lands on the slab with my booking line under it in the brass colour, as a sentence. Sound: Keep the rooms' own sound at 35 percent. Use a calm bed that fits the property, at 50 percent, faded in over 0.6 seconds and out over the last 1.5 seconds.
