Gym membership promo
A feed ad for a gym or studio: one member's lift in slow motion, the class training together, then the gym's name cut out of its own footage.

What Vidova will do
Make a 10-second, 4:5 feed ad for my gym. One member's heavy lift rushes in and drops to a quarter speed through the hardest part of the rep, the class trains together, and the coach high-fives the member. Then my gym's name fills the frame in huge letters with the class still training inside them, and my offer lands under it. Footage: I attach one clip of a heavy rep with a clear sticking point, one clip of the class training together, one clip of the coach and the member (a high five or a laugh), and a few seconds of the class moving across the middle of the frame for the letters. Clips of any shape work: scale each one to cover the frame. Hook, 0 to 3.2 seconds: Open on the lift, with no intro. Rush the set-up at about 1.8 times speed for the first second, then brake to a quarter speed with AI smoothing through the drive, where the bar passes the knees, so the slow part lands on the effort. Ease out to real speed into the lockout and cut about 0.6 seconds later. The lift pushes in about 12 percent and plays its own sound at 60 percent. From 3.2 to 5.4 seconds, the class trains together at real speed, with one short line I give you, 3 to 8 words, on a dark band at the edge of the frame the action leaves clear, in Red Hat Display at 66 pixels. It is the only line before the end. From 5.4 to 7.4 seconds, the coach high-fives the member, with the real clap. These shots creep in about 6 percent. If one clip is much louder than the others, such as a coach shouting the count, lower it so the shots sit close together. Hero moment: At 7.4 seconds, my gym's name, 10 letters at most, fills the frame in Anton capitals about 940 pixels wide. The class plays inside the letters, with the same room dimmed around them, a thin warm rim, one glint at 0.5 seconds and a slow push in. My area sits under the name in small Oswald capitals. 0.7 seconds later, my offer rises in word by word at 72 pixels on an opaque warm off-white band (#f2ede4) with near-black ink. Look: Warm morning warehouse light on every shot: a little warmer, contrast up 14, saturation down 6 and a vignette. Every text and band pair reads at 4.5:1. No middle dots. Sound: Each clip keeps its own sound at 80 percent: the bar, the bells, the clap. A driving track runs under it at 50 percent, already playing on the first frame, and fades over the last second. Add no sound effects.
