Freeze and shatter
A gym or boxing club hype edit where every hit breaks the screen into glass shards, and the last hit shatters onto the club's name made of footage.

What Vidova will do
Make a 13-second vertical hype edit for my boxing gym where every hit breaks the screen. Each shot ends on its hit: the frame freezes, cracks run out from the impact point, and the pane breaks into real glass shards that tumble in 3D, catch the light on their faces and edges, and fly at the lens while the next shot is already playing underneath. The last hit holds cracked through the song's break and shatters onto the gym's name. Footage: I attach my training clips: a boxer on the pads, battle ropes, a barbell lift in blue neon light, and the boxer again with a shout. Freeze each shot on the frame where the force lands: the glove, both ropes high, the bar coming up. Format and song: 9:16, 1080 by 1920. Use a hard track with a short break before a drop. Put the hits on beats at 2.3, 4.7 and 7.0 seconds, the last hit on the break at 9.6 seconds, and the drop at 11 seconds. The glass: break the frozen frame round the impact point the way a struck pane really breaks. About eleven cracks run out from the impact at uneven angles, most of them all the way to the edges, a few dying out and a few forking, crossed by only two or three broken, wobbly rings. Each crack is a thin dark line where the glass bends the light, catching a bright glint only here and there along it, never a solid white line, and the picture shifts slightly across every crack. The cracks run out from the impact over two or three frames, then the pieces fly apart, the inner ones first, each shard turning on its own axis, and they pass the camera in about 0.6 seconds. Each shot pushes in slowly from 103 to about 109 percent, and the frozen frame keeps the framing of its shot. The hero hit, at 9.6 seconds: the boxer freezes on his shout, the frame cracks from his mouth and holds cracked through the silent break for 1.4 seconds with a riser under it, pushing in slowly so it never stands still, then shatters on the drop. Look: hard and dark, contrast up 20 to 28 percent, a 30 percent vignette, the boxer a little warm, the ropes and the neon cool. The glints on the cracks are cool white (#e4f4ff). Ending: under the last shatter, my gym's name FORGE fills the frame in huge Anton capitals, about 950 pixels wide, with live footage of the boxer playing inside the letters and the same shot very dark around them, a thin warm rim of light, one glint that sweeps across, and a slow push in. Under it, "BOXING AND STRENGTH" in small Oswald capitals, widely spaced. Sound: the song carries it. Each hit gets its own impact on the freeze frame: a glove punch, a punch, a metal plate. Glass breaking plays as the shards fly. The hero lands a riser and a big impact on the drop frame together with the glass, then the song's drop.
