Quota usage

Every included job must fit in all three rolling windows: day, week, and month. When any window is full, that job type waits until the window resets. Remaining usage for a signed-in account is on the dashboard.

• Speech. Voice generation and voice previews count as characters. 8,000 daily / 25,000 weekly / 60,000 monthly characters.
• Transcription and captions. Started minutes. Captions use this allowance. 30 daily / 90 weekly / 180 monthly started minutes.
• Chapters and titles. Each chapter or title job counts as one job. 8 daily / 25 weekly / 50 monthly jobs.

A free account has a small never-resetting allowance of cloud features. Creator and Pro do not use this total because a lapsed subscription already stops the cost.

A lifetime plan includes a capped total allowance of cloud features. The allowance is per account and never resets. It is a backstop, not a monthly pack. A normal account should not reach it. Local editing, preview, and desktop export stay unlimited. When this allowance is reached, new jobs of that feature stop.

Subscription plans other than Free do not use a total cloud allowance. A lapsed subscription already stops the cost.

Timeline edits, previews, project files, local media, audio cleanup, and desktop export run on your computer and do not use quotas. Share-link views, delivery, and embeds do not use quotas, including a video that goes viral.

Publishing a share link to Vidova's managed storage counts against a per-account storage cap: 500 links and 25 GiB per account. Delete a link to free capacity, or connect bring-your-own S3 storage, which does not count against either limit.

New speech, caption, or chapter jobs of that type fail until the full rolling window resets. If a lifetime cloud allowance for a feature is reached, new jobs of that feature stop. That is not an outage. You can still open, edit, preview, and export local projects, download completed outputs that are still retained, delete share links and account data, and use every existing share link.
